I’m not really sure what to consider my hometown since I’ve moved around a lot. I guess I’ll have to say it’s San Francisco since I was born there and lived there for the longest. San Francisco is really busy, it’s the city. There are huge buildings in one part which is called downtown where theres smelly streets, great shopping, and lots of people, I love it! Then there’s other parts with houses and little shops like in Noe Valley. I love it there too! I love the city overall everything about it. You’d probably enjoy it because it’s such a diverse city. There are so many different unique people who live in the city and it’s great being one of them. There’s also always something to do in the city so you’ll never get bored. You can go shopping which is my favorite, eat at great restaurants, take tours around the city, go to the movies, or just walk around the city. It’s neverending possibilities in the city.

Hi it’s nice to meet you, my name is Nicole and i’m 16 years old. I go to Aragon Highschool in San Mateo, California. I just transfered here from a school in San Francisco in November. I currently live in San Mateo with my foster family. I have a sister and a brother there named Tatiana and Angelo. I have lots of friends that I love being around and lots of hobbies. I like to play sports like softball, shop a lot!, and hang out with friends.

Right now I’m working at Skin City in San Francisco. It is a skin care, facials, waxing, and microdermabrasion place. There I am a receptionist. I answer the phones, I greet the people, make the appointments, clean the backrooms, file, and anything else the estheticians need me to do. I really like my job a lot, the people are very nice there and my boss is a family friend so it’s a very comfortable environment. It’s a very laid back job. I really like it especially because I get to use my people skills and I get to talk to you a lot of people. I like meeting new people and talking to them. My job is pretty cool to me and it’s really good experience for me being only 16 years old.

I’ve got a lot of hobbies. I like to do many things when I can.

I like reading at night some days. I usually go running on Wednesdays and Sundays. In Summer I go swimming to the beach at the weekends.

I like to go shopping for clothes with my friends very much ; an overcoat when I’m sad, but my favourite hobbies are dancing and travelling. I’m really happy when I practice them.

My family is the most important to me. It’s a wonderful family.

My father and my mother are Antonio and Herminia. They’ve got two girls: my sister Olga and I.

Olga is twenty-seven years old. She’s married but they haven’t got any kids yet. Her husband is Jaime. He’s twenty-eight years old.

I’ve got one son. His name is Marc and he’s ten years old. He’s got brown hair and brown eyes. He’s very nice and he’s got a great heart. I love him very much.

I work in El Prat de Llobregat near Mercabarna. The name of the company is JOVI. Its activity is the sale of School materials. We sale coloured pencils, rubbers, posters, modeling clay …

I’m a secretary. I work in an Account Departament with two girls more. One of them is my boss. I work almost all day with a computer. I quite like my job.
